The collaboration between iWIN and WE CARE was founded to empower young women interested in medicine. We aim to promote women's interests and involvement in medicine and healthcare through mentorship, sponsorship, and career-advancing opportunities. Keeping this mission-centered, iWIN X WE CARE is proud to announce our first-ever abstract submission opportunity for women pursuing research in critical illness, critical care, and/or female physician empowerment. Select abstracts will have the opportunity to present at the 2024 International iWIN Conference from June 28th to June 29th, 2024. The iWIN conference will be held both in person in Sicily, Italy, and virtually. Presentations can be either in-person or virtual.
Who is eligible to apply:

Women-identifying pre-medical students (must have a project supervisor/mentor), medical students, residents, and/or physicians who have or are currently pursuing research projects within critical illness, critical care, or female physician empowerment.
